My name is Káťa and I live in the Czech Republic. 🇨🇿 I have been working in Spendee since March 2021 as a Customer Support Specialist. You’ll probably mostly meet me on the road with my backpack on. 🎒 I love to travel by plane and experience new countries and cultures. I lived in Tunisia for quite some time and I never regret this decision! 😍

I started working for Spendee last year in March when I was living abroad. I wouldn’t change a thing, even if the beginnings were hard, it was my best year with the best team, thank you! 💚
You said you love to travel, what's the place closest to your heart? ✈️
The place that will always own my heart is definitely Tunisia. ❤️ Life in a North African country taught me a lot, especially patience, and gratefulness. They are so open-hearted and loving people, that even if you never met them before, they will always treat you as a friend/family.

We are definitely people that do their a job with all our hearts 💚 and each ticket received from our users is treated with special care. 🤗 I am glad that even when some issues are more time-consuming than the others, we have amazing users and with some of them it is almost a friendship interaction, and having them happy at the end of the day by resolving the issue, is the best feeling. 😍
